Because each person is a unique individual, psychotherapy should be formulated to meet the uniqueness of the individual's needs rather than a hypothetical theory of human behavior. - M. H. Erickson
I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root cause of your depression, anxiety, and relationship and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you've always wanted.
If you're ready to work towards the life and relationship you've always wanted, I'm ready when you are. Contact me today, and let's get to work. I have several offices in the Greater Metro-Atlanta area to serve you, or we can do virtual counseling via phone or video.
In addition to face to face counseling, I am fully equipped to do audio and/or video counseling for those who prefer working from the safety of their own home or another environment during Corona Virus concerns.

Meet Jim Ciraky, PhD
Throughout my adulthood I have had a desire for helping people improve their thoughts and behaviors by challenging self-defeating thoughts that often lead to anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. Because this energizes me, I have the same desire to assist you. One of my specialties is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and is very useful with most people to gain personal, professional, and relational insights and promote the ability to make necessary adjustments to resolve challenging life concerns. When human beings experience severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for parts of their lives to unravel. My greatest desire is bringing healing to people when going through a personal transition time, whether at work, home, or play. I help individuals and couples rediscover a healthier view of self and strengthen their relationships in the various stages of life.
